Sotto i Limoni · Minori, Amalfi Coast
Cooking Classes & Lemon Tours on the Amalfi Coast
Where the taste feels like home
Roll up your sleeves with our family in a certified IGP lemon grove above Minori. Hand-made pasta, wood-fired pizza and a glass of local wine, with the sea right in front of you.
“At our table, nobody stays a guest for long.”
The Sotto i Limoni family

Welcome to our home
A family, a home and a lemon grove
We are Andreina, Nicola, Vittorio and Daniele: a family half from Campania and half from Sardinia. We welcome our guests right into our own home, and the spaces we set up for our experiences are the ones we live in every day.
A long farming tradition and a real passion for the kitchen have created something our guests love. They always leave with a full belly and a smile.
Our goal isn’t only to teach you the dishes of our tradition, but to give you a beautiful memory, hands in the dough and a glass in your hand.
Our experiences
Choose the experience that suits you and your group
The Cooking and Pizza experiences take place in our open-air space above Minori, under a solid roof, so they go ahead even when the weather turns. The Lemon tour takes place in the grove itself. The Limoncello Lab combines the Lemon tour with a limoncello workshop. We like to say “experience” rather than “course”: a warm welcome, and no routine.

Cooking experience
Get your hands dirty making ‘ndunderi, the traditional pasta of Minori, served with a tomato or lemon sauce. Add a main course (meatballs, eggplant rolls or a caprese) and a dessert you make yourself, all with a glass of local wine.

Pizza experience
Shape your own dough, top it with vegetables from our organic garden and bake it in our wood-fired oven. Then swap tastes with the other guests, so you go home with plenty of ideas to try.

Lemon tour
Stroll through a certified “Costa d’Amalfi” IGP lemon grove, hear the story of the Amalfi lemon and learn how the trees are grown and cared for. Finish with fresh lemonade or granita and a taste of limoncello.

Limoncello Lab
Stroll through our IGP lemon grove and discover how the Costa d’Amalfi lemon grows and is picked, then learn how our one-of-a-kind limoncello is made.
Prices include VAT. Children aged 5–12 pay half price, under 5s are free. The Limoncello Lab is for adults only. Send a booking request →
Why guests love it
From our garden to your table
Grown by us
We cook with what we grow: organic vegetables from our garden and IGP lemons from the grove around you.
Zero-residue lemons
Since 2025 our lemons are 100% zero-residue. Natural predatory mites protect the trees, with no chemicals at all.
In our home, not a classroom
You cook, eat and chat with us at our own table. Guests often tell us it felt like being with family.
Everyone is welcome
Depending on the experience, we can adapt to vegetarian, vegan and lactose-free diets, and little ones love playing with flour and water.
By word of mouth
A few guests prefer to go unnoticed
Every so often, someone arrives recommended quietly — by a hotel concierge, a friend, someone who knows exactly where to send a guest who simply wishes to be left in peace for an afternoon. We welcome them exactly as we welcome everyone else: the same table, the same kitchen, the same family waiting at the door.
Off the beaten path
Above Minori, in our own garden and grove — far from the busiest streets of the coast.
A quiet kind of privacy
No photographs, no names exchanged — just a relaxed afternoon among friends.
It travels quietly
We don’t chase this kind of attention. It simply finds its way to us, one recommendation at a time.
The same welcome, always
Whoever sits at our table finds the same authentic cooking and the same family welcome.

Above Minori, steps from the Path of the Lemons

You’ll find us on the Sentiero dell’Annunziata, just a few steps from the Sentiero dei Limoni. Our terrace looks over Minori and the Gulf of Salerno, and the sunsets are spectacular.
The way up includes stairs and isn’t flat, so it may not suit guests with reduced mobility. Comfortable shoes and clothes are recommended.

Yes. Depending on the experience, we can adapt to vegetarian, vegan and lactose-free diets. Please tell us about any allergies or intolerances when you book, so we can prepare.
Are children welcome?
Absolutely! The whole group cooks together, children included: every little guest is a potential chef of tomorrow.
Can I add extras to my experience?
Yes. When you book you can add a Lemon tour (about 45 minutes), which is also available as a stand-alone service, and a Mozzarella class (about 45 minutes, shared €60 / private €90 per person), which is only offered together with another experience.
